FRIDA KAHLO. ORIGINAL SILKSCREEN on a NYC Bike Map.

This is a silk screen of a Frida Kahlo's self-portrait from 1940s, where she is shown with her pet monkey and her pet black cat. It's titled "Autorretrato con Collar de Espinas y Colibrí" ("Self-Portrait with Thorn Necklace and Humming-bird"). The original is hanging in MoMA, The Museum of Modern Art in New York and served as an inspiration after my last visit there. It was a reminder of this woman's amazing beauty, strength and talent.
